Hard to start!

My truck toyota pickup with a 22re is hard to start when the engine is cold but its hot out side, like to day it was 105 outside and it took a little while to start my truck cranked over fine but took a few seconds then kinda sputtered then ran fine! Any ideas?

Check your starter solenoid, it's cheap to replace and easy. maybe change your fuel filter.

try this:
turn the key on, but don't crank or start the engine, then turn the key off... do it twice.
then try to start the truck.

does that help?
