Gas Leak
I replace the head on my 1988 4 runner 22re. Everything went back together fine except for one issue. I have a fuel leak at the little vacuum / gas return that is on the back side of the fuel rail. The valve was not taken out of the fuel rail. Looks like it's coming from gas return hose as it's the only place that leaks. I put to a clamp on it rather than leave the original on but look like there is to much pressure causing to leak.
Anyone every see something like this? Need suggestions. I have puled the manifold twice trying to correct this problem

Yes. I figure out that it must be the fuel regulator. Vacuum open the valve and allows fuel to return from fuel rail to tank. The valve that i referred to in post is the fuel regulator. It's not opening to allow fuel back into tank. Have new on on the way

Pretty sure it correct. Took a lot of pictures as there are bunch of vacuum lines on a 88. engine starts and runs but not very well. I figure since the fuel leak was obvious I should fix it first. Then move on from there. Injectors need exact pressure hoping the leak fix will help it run better.
