g52 transmission question regarding axial movement??

first of all thank you for looking at my thread. I need some advice regarding what is normal when working inside a g52 maqnual trasnmission.

here is a brief rundown the steps I took to get to my question

I had a leak from the input shaft seal

pulled transfer case

pulled functional g52 transmission, rusted pilot bearing falls out

clutch looked rusty, pulled it, sent it to be rebuilt

huge mess, clutch dust, oil, looks like rear main seal is leaking, pulled the seal

spent 2 weeks cleaning everything down to the nuts and bolts

I see input shaft has some play to it, not alot as seen in some youtube videos but some.

I see the input shaft tip is worn from the bad pilot bearing

I have a mechanic take look

He says he's seen worse pilot bearing wear, wouldn't worry about it, I am not totally convinced, he agrees that the bearing is a little loose (able to wiggle up down left right)

I decide to change the input shaft bearing and input shaft seal and pilot bearing

I opened the transmission, cleaned all that was part of that process and set aside.

a friend said regarding the input shaft tip, he has a buddy in a machine shop that can
fix the tip like new for $300 pesos ~US$18.75 vs a new shaft for $1800 pesos (I live in Argentina)

Please look at my video and tell me if these movements seen are out of the ordinary or if they are normal. I have read that a bad pilot bearing can cause problems further up the line which is why I am inquiring. Total noob here

Do the input shaft roller bearings seem worn?

How about the rear bearing, is that normal?

thank you
