Fuel Rail Bolts Snapped!!!
I had just replaced my fuel injectors on my 1989 Toyota Pickup, 3.0. I was tightening down the drivers side fuel rail when the bolt snapped. Will this bolt back out and can be replaced? It seems like the bolt was very weak, I put almost no torque on it when it snapped.

Some of Toyotas bolts are not made of the best material. Looks to me like you have enough of the bolt sticking out to grab it with a pair of vise gris and get the rest of it out. Actually looks like a stud and it should be available from Toyota for a reasonable price. I snapped on today myself.

If I read this diagram correctly:
The stud should unscrew, and be replaced with 92132-40840 for about a buck and a half.
(I'd replace the nut and spacers while I was at it:
