flex lost w/4" bracket lift?

has anyone calculated how much flex they lost when putting on a 4" bracket lift. we do some pretty heavy wheelin and some crawling,i can't afford to lose any flex. Not that I get much with my ifs lol! anyone have any imput. In the long run I would like to save up for a total chaos kit! Who knows I may even sas that bad larry! But plans change.

I didn't lose any flex at all with mine. In fact, I gained because I added bj spacers at the same time as the lift.

If you do any crawling at all though I'd caution you on the bracket lift. I seriously doubt it will hold up for very long in the rocks at all. They're great though for mild trails, mud and hills.

You'd have better setup with BJ spacers, 33's, 5.29 gears, some sliders, bumpers and lockers than spending the money on a bracket lift (doesnt do anything for your performance other than stuffing 35's)

IMO

But no it won't change your flex, everything stays stock. They only increase the distance between your Control arms (ie, just lift the truck)

X2

no flex lost, no flex gained. In the front that is

in the rear, i have tons better flex because of the coils i had to use and the longer shocks.

well currently I am running 33x12.5's on my rig, no lift.4.10's,and upgraded shocks. It does great out in the trails! I was thinking ball joint spacers for that little bit of extra flex. But like I said maybe the total chaos kit or a sas. I am undecided yet.

get some better tires, rocker armor and a rear locker...IMO better money invested than a bracket lift...
