Failed emissions

Hello I have a 94 4runner v6 and it failed the hydracarbon emission test. Does anyone know what could cause this. I replaced the 02 sensor, pcv valve, cap rotor, wires. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Spark plugs, timing, leaking injector(s)...

Can you post the actual test results, both at idle and at speed?
