Experience with Rocky Road Outfitters?

I was just about to buy a set of Supersliders for my 92 4x4 and ran on to some bad customer feedback on some Jeep forums about Rocky Road Outfitters poor customer service. Really like the looks of their product, but nervous about what I read. Anyone here made a purchase from these guys recently?

Thanks,
Bibb in San Antonio

RRO isn't very popular with the Samurai crowd... I've only ordered one thing from them, and I'll just say it wasn't the speediest delivery...

Supersliders = rock sliders?

Try Marlin Crawler or trail gear.com

All of those places have sliders if you dont want to go with RRO.

I ordered my lockright from them because it was the cheapest I could find.

A week later I found out that they were on backorder and mine wouldnt ship for another month

Anytime I talked to some there on the phone they were always nice, So my take is their customer service isnt bad, But I wish they would have called me and said, hey the locker you ordered is on BO and yada..
Instead of me having to call them.

Id say give them a call first and make sure they have whatever in stock and ask how long everything will take..

I know there's much more reputable company's that sell sliders though.
Stubbs welding.
4Xinnovations.
Trail gear.

Just to name a few.
Good luck !!

I havent heard one good thing about them. I was thinking of buying some stuff from them when I had my Jeep, but everything I have read wasn't good.
