usually.... when your exhaust sucks back briefly... its an indication of a bad/stuck exhaust valve.

Probably #6 Exhaust valve burnt.

When you did your compression test; was the motor at normal operating temp? maybe it only sticks when warm??

Sorry, I forgot you did the compression test.
The exhaust valve burning up is a very common problem with these motors though.
Yeah, #6 Plug does look a little toasty.

Thanks, I wish I could figure out my misfire issue. I have replaced almost everything. Compression test is top of the list but with work I am super busy. I wanted to search around and make sure that my symptoms could be related to something else because I really don't feel like pulling the heads lol. By the time you do all that work you are halfway there to a 3.4 swap anyway.

Yea she's coming along, at times I really want to give up and sell her cheap and start over. Here is my vid maybe it will help someway?
