bro, calm down, being a jerk to people who are tryin to help you is going to get you nowhere. he said check the timing because a LOT of people set it 180 degrees off. extremely easy to. so dont get your panties up in a twist. and he was KIDDING about grabbing a wire and cranking. so come on dude, cool it.

Check the plug, check the wires and make sure you have them right and the connections are good. Check the compression.
It may not hurt to play with the timing a little bit.
Check the valves.
Did you replace the head due to a warped beyond machining or cracked head? Where'd you get the replacement from? Could explain some things.
Sounds like you're not getting spark to that cylinder, but it could be fuel. Check the injectors?

I think if I continue to hear people say calm down to someone else on the internet I'm gonna go around curb stomping people.

Ever had an irish carbomb? guiness stout in a glass, double-shot glass with 1 shot Jameson and one shot Bailey's. Carefully drop the double into the guiness and drink quickly. 3-4 and you'll be arssed out.
