Well there's your problem. You're using the V6 engine.

Perhaps a valve adjustment but first I recommend checking the fuel delivery system. Start by finding and replacing the fuel filter. Then go on to check the O rings on the injectors. I had a similar problem on a 22re and one of the O rings was busted and if it sat for any length of time the fuel system would lose pressure and it'd be a bear to start, not as bad as yours but still a pain.

That thing sounds like it isn't getting fuel at start up and is starved for fuel when you hit the throttle by hand.

Oh and post up a bigger picture of your avatar. I want to get a better look at the...... um....... "fenders" on that rig. *grin*

That sounds like you are on the right track and have me convinced, and you can just check out my profile I think I got it up in there, the 90-95 4runners got some VERY NICE prestine fenders. haha thanks for the info!

I was thinking the same thing when I was recording the video, haha and yeah it sounds like valves to me.

Yeah there are a couple of issues here. I'm thinking that the fuel delivery should be first to find and fix, you can't fix the others if it won't run.
