check all the simple stuff first.
Grounds
plugs/ wires
air filter
clean throttle body
make sure the tps is adjusted correctly
only after all that is checked, you may have a bad tps or fuel pump

i have it adjusted correctly and it is a new tps. lets see how do you check the voltage with a digital meter. will it work the same as the analog meter? also i did say i washed my engine bay down and i believe it started right after that. the engine overheated once but it ran fine before i washed the bay down. and the tps was replaced after the engine bay was washed. One more problem the engine misses quite a bit when you keep it at a steady 2000 rpm... i dont kno?

what i find really frustrating about this thread is that everyone has a common problem, engine runs better without TPS. and in this whole thread no one actually went and double checked the TPS with a multimeter. i'm not saying the TPS is the problem but it sure sounds like it is worth checking if the motor runs better with it unplugged.
