ecu ground wire

ecu ground wire

i have a 1992 toyota pickup with a 3vze i was wondering if anyone knows if the computer has its own ground wire ? if so what color is it ? thanks guys

Yes it has quite a few Ground wires.

They are brown bolted to a cam shaft bearing cap when it left the factory.

Let me rephrase this what color wire from the ecu's three plugs is actually the ground ?

Here is a link that tells you what each pin for the ECU is for. The ones that start with an "E" are the grounds. They are usually brown, or brown with a black stripe.
