Drivetrain Lift Question

I want to do a drive train lift and achieve a flat belly with it. I have read that this takes a cross member with a 3 5/8" lift. My question are,

A. If I lift my body with 4crawlers 3" lift can I get away with not having to cut into my floor?

B. Do I need to raise the motor as well? I have read that you can just loosen you motor mounts up when you lift you transfer and then tighten them when you done. BUT... I have solid motor mounts so will that make a difference?

C. Do you all know of any other good aftermarket cross members that lift you drive train besides the budbuilt? I have been trying to get ahold of them for three days now and keep being told they will call me back in a few hours. I even tried emailing my question. I want to try to hurry and get this finished before hunting season starts.

Thank you in advance for any help.
