Its me again, my 94 ex cab is sitting about 4 1/2 to 5 in above stock in the rear, as you know the truck has a carrier bearing, my slip yoke is about, well closer than I would care to 4 wheel with to coming apart. My question is, would a one piece shaft be alright to run on my truck, without worrying about pinion bearing wear or output shaft wear. As always any info would be appreciated. Not a one piece drive shaft you know what I mean eliminate the carrier bearing keep a slip yoke.

You'd need a slip yoke either way. A longer shaft without the carrier bearing would minimize the slip on the yoke.
Is that what you mean?
If so, yeah, it's do-able.
Alternatively, you could drop (lower) the carrier bearing.

I recently did a s.a.s on my 1990 4-runner.I believe the s/a is a 84-85.I need to get a custom driveshaft.The trail gear 10" slip kit does'nt match on the t/c...any suggestion's would be appreciated. Mahalo.By the way I'm new hereAm I in the right area?

You're in the right area (86-95 trucks and 4Runners), but you'd be better off searching the forums first, then starting a new thread if you don't find your answers or have more questions.

if i lower the carrier bearing, can i just replace the slip yoke itself, and if so where might i order one,
