Do NOT buy Depo Fan Shroud (This is a Public Service Announcement)
If you run a 1993 4runner or any other year/version that uses the same rad & fan setup as the '93 4runner 3VZE setup and you need to replace your Fan Shroud 1 and/or Fan Shroud 2, do NOT waste your time and money attempting to replace a stock one with:
Depo 312-55045-301 (Shroud 1)
Depo 312-55045-302 (Shroud 2)
Not only is Shroud 1 NOT a direct fit - meaning it will require you to do extensive cutting and trimming, even though the manufacturer claims it's a direct fit - but the Shroud 2 piece (half moon looking doohickey) does NOT fit together with the Shroud 1 piece...doesn't even come close.
Thankfully, I purchased both via Amazon (using PayPal) and am thus protected by their satisfaction guarantee (Amazon's and PayPals).
Guess I'll either have to try to find a good one at the local Pick Your Part or bite the bullet and get a Toyota one.

Interestingly enough, I don't notice any difference at all (on the stock gauge) between when a shroud was run and w/o one. I'm sure there may be a few degrees difference on an actual thermometer/temp gauge, but it doesn't appear to be a big enough difference to change the needle position on the stock gauge.
