Bent valves are a possibility, but more often than not your headgasket is blown.

the valves are leaking and it needs new injectors im not good with the mechanical stuff so i took it to a mechanic he said he has to grind the valves and replace that the timing and new injectors gonna cost me 2000 this sounds reasonable and is it worth it? i feel like once he is done im gonna have practically a rebuilt engine lol

did you our your mechanic remove the head? an engine is running then suddenly valves are leaking and no compresion? sorry but that doesnt convince me. maybe the valve stuck on the guides if the engine was long time resting or your timing chain jump, for $2000 i will do you a new truck!! i should move to USA.

get another opinion.. 2k is a little much. How are all 4 injectors bad all of a sudden? have a cylinder leak down test done. Is the cam in time? is it set properly with the crank? Do you have any codes?
