cylinder heads

hey guys, im really short on cash and i have to put my engine back together from doing the blown head gasket. what can i skip for the heads? as in can i skip some of the cylinder head machining? im going to have it hot bathed and then resurfaced. can i skip the pressure test? i realize this is one of those questions that anybody would laugh at because it is so stupid to ignore the right way to fix something. but like i said, im strapped for cash. so i need to know what i absolutely have to do for the heads, and what can be skipped...

What motor? I have a stock 22RE head that you can HAVE....

Personally, I would have BOTH head and block machined. Take it from my personal experience...
