crank no start

I have a 1994 toyota pick-up 4x4 4cyl 22re motor in it. like 3 weeks ago it started to hesitate when it first started, so i figured it was just due to the cold weather. then i didn't start it one day and the next i went out and it was cranking strong but wouldn't fire over, so i gave it a little gas and it fired over some how. then two days later after i had driven it all day, the next day i went out and it wouldn't fire over for anything..Anyone have any ideas?? thers 135 and change miles on it.

Check out the cold start injector and CSI timer switch (below the throttle body).
Then also try the fuel pump test jumper:

and check all the connectors to the igniter (the box on top of the coil) for any condensation or corrosion within the plugs/connectors. Check all the spark plug wires and the primary wire (distributor center terminal to the coil center terminal) for corrosion, loose connections or other issues and also check inside the distributor cap for condensation or evidence of 'carbon tracking' (looks like black lightning bolts) between the terminals. Also, pull your spark plugs and check them, and clean and regap if necessary.

Sst 09842–30050

I am trying to test the CSI but where can I get the SST wire (SST 09842–30050)? Is this something I have to get from the dealer or would the local auto stores will have it?
