Question Completely stumped

Having some major issues and need some help.

Vehicle: 92 runner 5 speed
Engine: 3.0 V6 with 176k miles

Problem: I was driving down the road doing about 60 mph in 5th when I begin to slow to make my turn I switch down to 2nd get back on the gas and I suddenly have little power so I switch down to 1st and still nothing I then pull over to check things out but it's idling really rough and seems like its gonna die so I get back on the road and start the 5 minute drive home I'm now having to hold to the floor to get it at 45 in 4th I make it home shut it off and
start it back up and it will barely stay fired up. Now when I start it up ( if i can get it started) every time I hit the gas it dies.

What the hell is going on? I'm gonna get back at it tomorrow and I really need some help on this so please list me some things to check on it. I checked for codes but none are showing up. Thanks in advance!

Start with the basics. Fill it up with good fuel, check fuel filter, check air intake and filter, check plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Check and clean MAF sensor. Spray out the injectors with cleaner. It's probably something simple. Keep us posted, good luck

Check for vacuum leaks in the intake duct.

Just pulled two plugs. Both appear to be burnt and they also have oil on them

Found oil in the coolant so looks like its gonna be a head gasket. Does anyone know anything about the recall?

I think that the head gasket campaign is over now, but call your local toyota dealership with vin# for verifcation
