Now before you get all like you should search and look up. I have and tell you what Ive done.

Not exactly sure what kind of carb it has. I assume its an electric carb maybe manual?

Here is what the problem is. The truck wont start without adding engine....yes I did read the thread where a guy wanted to rebuild it(carb) but I also read that it is a pain to rebuild.

Another thing I read in another search was some guys primed it some how? I did that by pressing in the gas petal 3 times. Then tried to do it again another 6. Didnt help.

Um I could maybe buy a weber, but wanting to see if I could fix and I dont have the cash right now to buy one.

What is there too do? I ran marvel's mystery oil, sea foam, and I even bought some racing gas to try to clean it out. Im not sure how to diagnose it. Ive got another problem on a jeep so figuring the (tbi)

I guess if you can't tell the difference between an electric choke carb and a manual choke carb, you're in way over your head.

Let somebody else try to fix it.

I have an 1988 FWD EFI. I went to clean the O2 sensor and when I put it back, the check engine light turned on and has not gone off in a long time. I have tried everything I possibly could except for putting in a spark plug de-fouler . I have been thinking of doing that too.
