Cold air intake vacuum line

I bought one of those cold air intakes from Ebay. Now i'm not new to installing intakes LOL but for the life of me i can't figure out where the vacuum line goes? Any IMMEDIATE help would be awesome!

-Brian

Note the blue vacuum line. But where does it go?
