Hello everybody newbie here. I just got my first toyota truck bought it for a work truck and gotta say I'm falling in love with it. I've always loved the looks of a yota truck and always wanted one, it just took me bought 20 years. the truck is a 95 ext cab sr5 t100 body lift with 33's its got 206.038 miles v6 6.0 engine. runs and idles awsome kinda thought would get better gas mileage I'm a round 15mpg but thats better than my ram v10 with 35's.
But anyways the prob I'm having is the clutch. I changed out the master cylinder bout a month ago bleed the oil and it ran like a top. last week of course had to be downtown lost my clutch again, sitting at a stop light with the clutch pressed in I could feel it loose pressure luckily the light turned green and I speed shifted all the way home. When I looked under the hood the master was empty again with oil inside of cab. I refilled bleed air out and scoured over everything to find a leak. no visible leak inside of cab on master cylinder followed lines and found where the steel line connects to rubber line, it leaks when clutch is pressed, steel line to slave cylinder is greesy as h$$$ so found one leak. I have to replace valve cover gaskets as there is oil blow by so when I have all that torn apart I will replace the rubber hose and the slave cylinder since it will be some what easier to get to. But I guess my big question is where do you guys get most of your parts? Im sure Im gonna have a grand time looking for a rubber clutch line that connects to steel line. any help would be great. orry for such a long post but hopefully that puts us on the same page. you'll be seeing me on here alot as I'm finding out this truck as some problems. lol thank you c.b.

A place that offers lifetime warrantys comes in handy on clutch parts they tend to go out every few years along with alternators

If your replacing the slave cylinder best to do the Master Cylinder as well.

Aisin parts are great for clutch hydraulics i think my last ones came from Trail Gear.

rubber hose can come from the dealer or I get mine from Napa

thats awsome, thanks guys for the info. wyoming, I already replaced the master but dont understand why I still got oil on the inside of cab. and good to know theirs another cowboy on here, I was born in wyo but raised a nebraskan still go back to see fam and granit stones. still have buckin brock on beer fridge and truck window proud of my 520 ssn. rbmoomba thanks for the parts number gonna try to order em now. let ya all know how it goes. thanks again go pokes and huskers lol C.B

Howdy guys,
Brake fluid is a highly penetrating oil. I;m pretty sure a lot had soaked into the carpet.
In my case, I took carpet out, scrubbed it with Fast Orange hand cleaner, rinsed with water and repeated until all the oil was gone.
Lots of things to like about F.O.; it dissolves grease, yet it's water-soluble, and it make my carpet smell good, too

If you ordered the clearance one from rockauto it will be about 1.5" too short to use both brackets. I used the top bracket and we will see what happens. Other than that, all is well
