Unhappy Clutch Issues

I am having major clutch issues. My pedal feels like it only pushes the clutch in about half way when the pedal is on the floor. I have bleed the lines and changed the master(it had a leak) but no help, well it did make the pedal stiffer. I can force it into gear or start it in gear with the clutch down and it won't move(maybe it iches alittle) but I can feather it like it was normal but like I said it only feels like the clutch is halfway in. Has this happen to anyoone else or can anyone help?

How did you bleed it?

Did you replace the slave cylinder?

Is your pedal assm cracked and pulling away from the firewall?

agreed with Tortis, check the pedal assembly and check to see if it has started cracking and "ripping" the metal. If it is doing this, you will not get a full stroke out of the pedal

Pumped up the pedal bleed it clean. Made sure no air. Haven't gotten to the slave yet, u think it might be that it's just not getting enough pressure? I willl look to see if it's crack but I haven't seen or looked yet, I will look.

Ok pedal is fine but the master I bought is now leaking a little. Time for a slave master and clutch kit. I am tired of this crap and want to get it fixed

The pedal was held down while someone cracked the bleeder on the slave? Have you looked at the slave and made sure it moved the clutch fork when somebody pressed the pedal.

Did you bench bleed the master cyl?

has it always been working properly then all of a sudden go out on you? If it was throwout bearing it sems to me that i would have been making some noise or given you some difficulty getting it into gear for a little while before this happened
