check engine light

1990 4runner 3.0 v-6
Diagnosed a check engine light and the codes flashed 25 and 26,fuel mixture too rich and too lean...I'm confused.

O2 sensor. Most likely the cause.

Thanks 2DoorRunner...thats what I thought but this is new to me.Also having a heck of a time removing the old fuel filter,can't break the nuts loose...and sugesstions?

No problem.

Lots of pb blaster (or any kind of penetrating oil) and a breaker bar would be your best bet.

the penetrating oil WILL NOT go past the copper o rings...

It could also make a wrench slip off and round off the head...

Thats what a 6 point wrench is for. No slipping there. And penetrating oil may not be the best, but its better than nothing.

If you have a better idea feel free to pitch in.
