Cap/Rotor Recommendations/Experiences??
Already got NGK plugs and wires, don't have any clue as to a quality cap and rotor to pair with them (not going Stealership route). Any experiences of what to get (or what to definitely NOT get??)?
Thanks
Thanks

Online dealer I've used many times...
I recommend www.1sttoyotaparts.com. It's a dealer in WA called 'Bob Bridge Toyota'. I usually order by phone so I can give them my VIN number. Friendly, good service, reasonable shipping and the lowest prices you'll probably find on OEM stuff. Make a list of parts you want before calling, because the prices are so low you'll be wanting to add more, spares, etc.

Honestly, I would just go to the parts store and pick up the $15 set. The cap and rotor are basically just pieces of plastic with metal connections in them.

x2, and they're just gonna wear out regardless. I'm all for buying factory parts for stuff that's gonna last a while, but kinda hard for me to justify paying the extra when I know it's gonna wear out in a year or 2.

I responded the way I did, because you asked for the best. OEM ignition runs forever. It's also relatively cheap from the dealer. if you were looking for a high performance solution, IMO, you probably would be looking at trying to replace the entire distributor.
