Bumper help

I need an off road bumper with a deck plate on it. I LOVE the Marlin Crawler front end without the stinger but it's all wide open. I'd like to have one like that but with a plate on top to use as a step and with winch access from underneath for mounting and maint. I've looked a the 4xinnovations site, MC's site, ARB etc and can't find what I want.

Any other manufacturers of off road bumpers on par with MC? Don't get me wrong, if my best option is to order the MC front when I get the rear and sliders and just weld a plate on there then that's what I'll do. I just prefer not to do a lot of fab work on a premade bumper.

Thanks.

According to the web site that one is 400$ before shipping and doesn't include the tie-in to the sliders.
