Blown radio fuse?

hey guys, last night i decided to go and install my new cd player, so i took apart the whole dash and come to find out the "original radio" had already been changed, i dont have a manual so dont know the colors. anyway i finally found my battery, and ground colors, but in moving around they sparked, so i continued to hook up the new cd player, and now i turn on the key and theres no power to turn it on, BLOWN fuse right? well i checked in the kick panel and all the fuses seem good. any suggestions?! remember i only tried hooking up the battery and the ground to the cd player, nothing else. does the accessory need to be hooked up just to get power to the cd player? or the memory?

heres the diagream i remember... red is ignition, yellow is memory(goes straight to + on battery) black is ground(goes to - on battery), the white and other one are front speakers, purple and brown(or green) are the rear speakers, the blue is for the power antenna, and the nut on the back is for another ground, ground it to a non painted area of the body. you HAVE to have the yellow hooked up as well or it will not work! and theres a fuse right under the plug on your cd player (most of them have plugs and a blade fuse).
