Blower Motor weak Air flow

So i did search but couldn't find much on this certain issue. My blower does work and goes through all settings as it should but just has very weak air flow. so much that while driving in raininy weather it will not keep my window de fogged. I took the fan out this weekened and checked for debris and there was none, I then wired to battery to check, and to me it seemed like it was spinning like a bat out of hell. re installed and it blew pretty good the first time. but the next morning once again very little air pressure. do you guys think the motor just needs replace? and when i wired to battery it just happened to run ok? Or is there somthing else I need to look into?

Which means taking the dash clear apart correct? And would that still affect since i have little flow on ac as well? also does anyone know what that little filter is called seen from inside the glove box, looks like its where the fresh air comes from?

I had trouble with my blower motor, the brushes were worn. It would run slow or not at all. The motor was not made to be taken apart to service the brushes, but I did anyway (which I don't recommend). About a year later it quit again and I replaced the motor that time. It was a night & day difference with the new motor.

As for clearing the duct work, I'd try to reach in where the fan/motor bolts in first and maybe use a wire coat hanger elsewhere. In an older truck it's a bitch getting all the plastic dash parts out and back in without breaking something or getting the fit wrong.

in raininy weather it will not keep my window de fogged
Are you turning the AC on to help rid the fog? The cold AC coils condense water from the air, drying it out.
