+B on the DLC1 is not getting power
I am troubleshooting my fuel pump and the +B in my DLC1 port isn't getting power so jumping the +B and FP isn't getting the pump to turn on, however if i plug power into the FP the pump turns on and i can start the rig.
The rig was swapped from auto to manual by the previous owner and i cant find where he jumped the Neutral safety switch, the pigtail connector under the intake manifold that people usually jump only has one wire going to it. It doesnt even have internals for another wire so im confused. Where else might he have jumped the NSW? Places under the dash? By the ECU? What possible places can you do it from.

You are talking about two different things (but I think you know that). The +B connector on the DLC comes off after the EFI Main Relay but before the Circuit Opening Relay. The Circuit Opening relay coil is powered through the Neutral Safety Switch.
So the Neutral Safety Switch has nothing to do with +B. But if your EFI Main Relay is not closing, you won't have +B on the DLC (or anywhere else in the engine compartment, for that matter).

dude im not a expert or pro at this so do this at your own risk
go ahead and tone #3 at efi to the +b ,
if no tone then work your way around
#3 at EFI to the #3 at the EB2 connector (bottom right of the fuse box)
if alls good
tone
EB2 #3 to IH1#16
then Ih1#16 to +b
good luck !!
