Were are you located...I'm in SoCal. I am in the process of replacing my 4" blocks with Trail Gear springs. I removed a old set of Rancho traction bars that came with the truck. They made a big improvement and I modified them to articulate while offroading.

the "axle wrap" you're seeing is mainly caused by the block lift. the blocks provide extra leverage, thus it's easier to twist the leafs with less force. even if you had 6" leafs its going to happen much much less on your setup -- but still possible to get axle wrap if you have enough torque. Luckily on a Toyota we don't have to worry about that so much vs say a chevy with long, soft leaf springs and v8 torque.

A little fab to do the mounts and you will have a better ride and offroad flex.
I have a link saved on my puter that has the best info, but I don't have my computer right now.

Yeah I forgot about Chevy leafs - those are definitely another option for replacing your stockers with. Some people get 2-4" of lift. You will have to weld new hanger though. Tons of info about this swap online, it's a very popular swap.
In regards to axle wrap, I recall seeing something once online about using a piece of steel braided cable to help with axle wrap. I thought it was a very clever redneck solution for only like $10 in parts. Cable was mounted on the spring hanger and the top of the axle on the ubolt, when axle tries to twist it pulls the cable taught and it can't move - so kinda similar to how the single traction bar works (the kind that's not a trailing arm/A-shaped design)
Edit: found it --
