I looked at those online a while back and the problem I see it would have on my dash is that the cracks aren't flat they stick up in the air.., it doesn't seem like it would look natural

have to agree with mpwarfy........I have been leary of these type of "overlay" dash pads. I think I would get one of the carpet-looking ones first. But Hey, don't let my personal opinion rain on your parade.......please get one and let us all know, as BassMastry101 said, they would get a LOT of business from people on this site if it was a good product.......

I did one about 7 years ago on my 72 fj40, I did a poor job of doing it. Kind of just put the glue on and shoved it on, it sucked... I have an 88 2wd pickup that I plan to do soon and will take more time doing. I plan to use a razor to cut down all the splits to flush gaps and give a good sanding to the rest for a good grip for the glue to stick to. I also plan to dry fit it several times taking any areas down that keep it from sitting flush and trimming anything on the new cover that maybe needed. hope this helps.
