alternator brushes
big parts stores (2 I've visited) no longer carry alternator brushes. had to ˟˟˟˟˟ order them online. 5 dollar part (brushes) to fix alternator vs replacing alternator (100$) Thanks alot!

smart move. i replaced brushes in my 22re alt. a few years ago.
i forget where i got them though.
it's better to keep the original denso alt than a rebuilt one.
did you price them at a stealership?
