Adjusting camber

I'm just curious do I have to remove the tire and unbolt the upper bj to add shimms to the UCA or can I just leave everything be and loosen the UCA Alil and add shims?

what year truck, 2 or 4wd?

got remove the tire to get to the bolts on the bar on the upper control arm. from there you can add or remove shims.

Yea I just removed the tire and upper ball joint bolts, I think it's reletively close.
