808 4 runner

I have a 1992 4runner with a 4" procomp lift installed, I found a rancho ifs front lift on craigs locally, I was wondering if I could use my existing lift and add the rancho a arms and torsions to it, because those two are still stock on my truck. Are there any drawbacks to doing this?
