AC belt replacement

Hey guys, doing a belt replacement for a friend tomorrow on a 3.0L 1991 4 runner on limited time and just wanting to get a heads up on how to do it. My dad used to have one but I didnt really work on it much. What all tools do I need to bring and also what do I need to take off to get to it. I did a search and read that you have to come from the bottom and take off the skid plate. Can it be done from the top, i would imagine thats the easiest way. On my GTO, completely different animal I know, but i have to take the serp belt off and the ac belt comes off with a 15mm on the tensioner.

Thanks for the help guys, im sure it will be no problem but like I said im not going to have much time as im doing it on a lunch break and need to make sure and bring the right tools that I will need.

you will have to take off the skid plate in order to access the idler pulley bolt.

Only maybe a screwdriver for the tensioner...You should replace all three belts at the same time though, because they often fail one right after another.
