Abnormal deceleration

When I am coming up to a stop or slowing for a turn, my deceleration gets dramatically harsh around 15-10 MPH. It started acting like this about a month ago.

I hope I can explain, I will slow down shift into 2nd (no gas) then around 15-10 my truck acts like I am braking. I will then give it a little gas to make the turn. I use to just ride the turn out without this happening. The 3.0 engine runs great no hesitation or cut out at idle and getting high teens MPG. I am thinking my TPS might be acting up or delaying a signal?
No check engine light. Nothing different in performance. Use to happen once in a while, now every time.
