133 is slow response from the o2 sensor-lazy o2. 136 is a low voltage code to o2 and 304 is a cylinder misfire on #4 cylinder. If the o2 sensor is switching slow it can cause some driveability issues. If your looking at more than 80,000 on sensor, id just replace it. Its bank 1 sensor 1. If you can look at sensor data on your scanner, watch the voltage change on your o2, it should be at least once a second or two. A tune up may also be in order if it hasnt been done recently.
