95 4Runner - cut out on I-state, now won't crank
I spent the day riding around the family farm and headed home. On the interstate back to my house @ approx 65 mph, the engine cut out and would not start back. Appears engine is not getting fire (spark tester) but what has me puzzled is the engine keeps turning over (w/o cranking obviously) after the key is turned off - even though it is not cranking.
Vehicle: 95 4Runner, 4wd, manual trans, v6
Repairs: Just had new wires, plugs, timing belt, ac fix performed, new clutch
Miles: 225k
Diagnostic port is got some extraterrestrial goo that I need to clean out.
Does anyone have an idea of why the 4Runner is not starting based on these conditions?
