95 4runner 4WD with nasty chatter from TC

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site so forgive me if this issue has been addressed, but I could not locate such a thread. I have a 95 4runner 4WD 3VZE. About a month or so ago I started noticing a "chatter" sound. I checked all the fluids and the levels were good. However, the noise got progressively worse as time went by. This noise was happening when the truck was in 2WHI and only happens when going 30MPH or faster. I put the truck in 4WHI and the noise was gone. I started driving the truck in 4WHI (only short distances), but now it makes the noise no matter what. I put the truck on a lift and put it in gear and found that the noise is coming from the back of the TC where the rear drive shaft goes in. I tried to find an exploded view of the TC, but cannot find one that I know for sure references my particular vehicle. If anyone could tell me what could be causing the noise, what I might need to replace, and/or direct me to an exploded view of the TC for a 95 4runner 4WD 3VZE it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick response and the link. I looked at the transfer case view at that link, but didn't see anything that referenced an output shaft bearing. Is it a bear to swap out do you know?
