95 3vz-e running rich

i have a 95 truck with a 3vz-e with a check engine light code 26 (running rich) put in new plugs and wires and a new fuel and air filter. i also pulled out the 02 sensors and they looked ok. i couldn't find any leaks in the air or fuel system. it failed smog and the smog tech said that cylinder 3 isint firing but i took a look at it and it has compression and a spark so i think that he may have just been wrong. does anyone have an idea of what it could be or where i should look next.

If 3 isn't firing it could be the injector. Also, looking at an O2 sensor will tell you NOTHING~

plug a computer up to it, that'd tell you.

or you could just run a search on here, theres a couple ways to test em.

see if it's getting power, check resistance?

If you have over 100,000 miles on a O2 sensor, it needs replacing.
