Just got a 94 pickup 3.0 4x4 last week an you have to push clutch pedal all the way to the floor to shift I tried changing master an slave cylinder an that did not help just trying to find out if this is a common issue or if it's not a problem at all? because my 86 an 96 where not like that

did you get all the air out via gravity bleed? when you have your foot off, it should open up all the way to the bleed screw. if there is any air at all trapped in there, it will not push all the way. once that is ruled out, spray wd-40 on the throwout bearing and input shaft.

Yeah got all the air out an adjusted master cylinder rod as far as I could the clutch pedal doesn't feel soft it just will not let you shift into gear without pushing all the way to floor

oh, did you get a good flow while gravity bleeding? i;m unsure if you can adjust that rod to the point it won't let the mc park to the open port for bleeding. might be worth backing off till loose then bleeding again.

Do a search for "clutch bracket fatigue" or "clutch bracket cracking" or something similar. A somewhat common problem is for the pedal bracket to crack, and then it twists instead of forcing the push rod to activate the master cylinder.

Checked that already brackets in good shape no cracks

If the bracket's in good shape and the system is properly bled, then next check the pedal and push rod adjustment. Instructions are here:
