94 22re wont rev up
I've got a 1994 Toyota pickup 22re 4x4 with a fresh rebuild. The problem I'm having is that it idle perfect but once you give it some throttle to rev it up it starts to choke out. It has cel code 52 knock sensor. I've so far have changed the ecu and afm with no change. Has anyone ran into this problem before and no how to fix it ??

Vacuum leak? If so I'd double check everything went back where it belonged

Have you given any attention to this? I always thought of diagnosis codes as my truck's way of explaining to me "what's wrong."
For starters, code 52 doesn't have anything to do with the VAF or vacuum leaks.
What code 52 SHOULD do is dramatically retard the timing. While you might have other stuff going on, you're never going to get it run in more than "limp mode" with the code.
The MOST common cause of code 52 is a bad "pigtail" from the knock sensor itself a short distance to another connector. Was that replaced in the rebuild? (It should have been.)
