91 Pickup runs rough while warming up
Recently acquired a 1991 pickup(22re, 4x4)and am having a few issues during the warm up of the truck.
If I let the truck idle until it reaches operating temperature no problem, truck has power, doesn't hesitate or die.
If I decide to drive off right away as soon as the temp gauge starts rising the engine bogs down and has a distinct lack of power. Once operating temperature is reached it feels like a "switch" has been flipped and everything normals out.
I plan on replacing cap, rotor, wires and plugs, but at the same time this is only occurring during the warm up period.
I did a few searches but didn't yield anything terribly conclusive.

Replaced the distributor cap, rotor, plugs and wires(OEM except for wires)and am still having issues.
If I keep the rpm above 3k once the temp gauge starts moving all is well, however if it falls below the engine bogs.
No codes are being thrown but mileage is terrible(14mpg last fill up).

Cold engines need more fuel to operate correctly, Toyota put in an "extra" fuel injector to deliver the needed fuel when cold. They have a reputation of sticking or the injector timer not working correctly. My truck personally is hard to start when it is hot outside because of the cold start injector timer, it doesn't bother me as it doesnt stay that hot around here.
