This has started over the last few weeks. 1/4 throttle and full throttle smooths out. 1/2 throttle runs rough. Has new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump, new o2 sensor. This has been a project with my son. Any help would be appreciated

Perform the TPS and VAFM tests, one of them likely needs refurbished or replaced. Specificly they should both show nice smooth curves over the open to closed ranges.
There aren't any good posts, that I know of, that show how to clean up the wiper contacts. In short take them apart carefully and clean the crud off the metal wiper. If they're bad you can't hurt them any worse in an attempt to clean them. Just expect it not to work and be ready to buy a replacement. If it works
Celebrate you saved another part from the scrap heap.
