89 22re Tensioner Pulley help plz
I need some info on my tensioner pulley. im pretty sure its called the tensioner pulley, it doesnt hold the drive belt or the ac belt. I need to know how to remove the pulley from the bracket it is on, and if i buy a new one, does it come with a bracket or just the pulley? im worried that its pressed on the bracket, just figured id ask before i go workin on it. its makin a lil noise and i wanna replace it. thnx

Powersteering idler pully perhaps ? there is a nut on the face of the pully 17mm I believe , you need to loosen that . Then there is a adjuster bolt on the bracket ..... back that out , and you should be good to go . once you have it off , if you have a look on the back side of the pully , you'll see there is a snap ring . If you remove that and "punch" out the bearing , you can just replace that for about 5 bucks ..
