88 4runner coil arc issue

My 22re has been running a little rough, and this morning was worse.

It is arcing to both pos and neg sides of the coil from the coil wire, more to the neg.
Not all the time though, but a lot of the time. At idle and at any engine speed.

The coil wire tests at 6.36 on my meter for resistance. I cleaned the rotor, cap, and plugs are almost new. I checked the ground to the engine, and reseated it.

The wires are fairly new, and the coil nor coil wire appear to have cracks, or wear of any kind.

The arc comes out of the well seated boot, and goes to both posts on the coil....

Opinions please, as I really need this for work tomorrow, and have almost no money.

the boot may be seated well but is the wire itself seated properly?

Yes, I checked 3 times. It is in there secure, and tight.
