When I bought the truck the Speed Odometer did not work. A few moths pasted and I started to get annoyed so I took the cable out and realized it was snapped . I put a new cable on and it worked short of. It only works from 0-20 and start to jump all over the place until I get to 62 and it levels out. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

So I am guessing I need a new cluster. Anyone know were I can buy one?

Your speedo can be repaired by a competent speedometer shop.

It's probably cheaper to switch in a used one. They have gotten expensive on eBay. Put a want ad in the classifieds or look for someone on here parting out a 4Runner. There's a video on YouTube on how to change the mileage to match your old one. If you have a smart phone there's a free app of a speedometer you can down load.

I have an SR5 with Tac. They are hard to find. I am reading that this is a common issue. Dose anyone have a pic of the back of the 86 cluster?
