because i have tried everything i know to get the crankshaft bolt out and it will not come out, a brand new 600ft lb torque ingersol impact wouldnt even take it out. and almoat every gasket is leakingon the front. the old 22r i have would be dual row timing chain amd doesnt have any leaks or anything.

you cant get the crankshaft bolt out? what all have you done? penetrating oil every 30 mins for a day, and a torch to the bolt to heat it up, then try torquing the crap out of it while its hot. maybe knock on it with a few taps with a hammer. ive gotten alot of stuck bolts out that way. i didnt have to go quite that far with my crankshaft bolt. be sure the motor is locked somehow. and go at it.. ive heard of people using a bump stop method, where they take a wrench and wedge it on the bolt and use a breaker bar to stop it at the frame, then they hit the starter one quick time and it usually breaks free.. but i feel thats kinda dangerous.

Take the hood off so you can get an proper sized cheater bar in there. There should be some pics floating around of a DIY SST to hold the pully, it's basicly a bar a pin a thru hole and another pin. Sorry no links IR lazy.

If you break it you'll have more incentive for the swap yeah?
