6" ifs lift?!

So i had this idea getting a 4" ifs lift and then do bj spacers for like 6" of lift. For the rear use the 3.5" blocks and 2" shackles. Where will problems arise here and what shock do you use cause the longest I could find was for a 4-5" lift, will these work or will you have to shim or what?Im going to run 33x12.5 but like the look of a lil more lift than needed, im doing this for the looks, mud and snow.
Your help is appreciated and yes I've spent countless number of hours researching all about lifting these trucks.

Thanks

orrrrrr you could just do a 4" with a 2" body, unless you dont like body lifts..

In your searching, did you find anyone who had done this?

Most people who want to lift that much want it simply for looks. Is that the case.

You don't need that much lift to run 33s. You can run 31s stock and then add a 2" body lift to run 33s since you are only doing it for looks.

The rest you want to add will just be fluff.

Ok i see. I do have 2" blocks that are the right size just sitting around. Do you think I could use those in the rear and then just BJ spacers in the front with maybe a little T Bar crank for 2" of lift? What shocks?

for a long while, I was planning on doing this setup, and maybe a 4" bracket lift to go with it

I've now settled on just installing the Rancho UCA's that I aquired in due time

I may do my 2" lift idea it is much cheaper lol. BJ spacers on ebay are only like 60 shipped too so idk. Maybe this and a 2" body lift. I don't mean to stray off topic but are 2" body lifts realy that much easier and better than 3"?

Is it just because blocks twist? seems it would ride better than an add a leaf. Maybe a 2" lift shackle is a better option?

A 2" is not as "involved" as a 3". Here's a good site that explains body lifts and what would need to be lengthened and stuff like that. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/BodyLiftKit.shtml

Hmmm. I see. Well it looks like I start over with ideas again haha. Im leaning toward 2" shackle lift and BJ spacers and possibly a mild BL but now you guys have me thinking again lol. Thanks so far though I appreciate it greatly.
