4running like crap...

So what's the problem? '86 4runner 22re, runs really smooth when cold. But when it gets hot, it starts to really bogg down. When it's hot, and I come to a stop sign, I have to keep my rpms up just to keep it running. At times, if I stomp on it, it cuts out and seems to be choking.

I've got some ideas, just wanted to check and see what you guys think it might be? I'm sure I'm not the only one on here who has had this problem...
